Terms and conditions

Charges
Projects will be charged on an hourly rate basis. Before the start of a project we will provide an estimate according to the number of hours it is likely to take. We will keep you informed as to any changes to this estimate as the project progresses.

For projects lasting more than one month, we will invoice on a monthly basis for the hours worked in the preceding month.

All invoices are to be settled within 28 days and either paid by BACS or by cheque payable "P J Denly & A.Praill".

It is the client´s responsibility to clear the copyright of images, illustrations, photographs or logos from third parties supplied to us by you for use in your project. DenlyPraill accepts no responsibility for clearing the copyright for third-party images.
